The first building currently known as Plot 12 North will deliver 120 affordable homes, a mix of predominantly social rented homes for existing secure tenants of the Whitefield Estate, along with shared equity homes for existing Leaseholders, and additional shared ownership homes. The new BtR offering at Brent Cross Town forms a major part of Related Argent’s portfolio of over 3,000 rental homes alongside King’s Cross and Tottenham Hale. Its first BtR development, Author King’s Cross will be completed in Summer 2023. Related Argent has plans to expand its rental portfolio beyond the 3,000 homes. Each building has its own distinct aesthetic with interiors by Woods Bagot. American Classic offers a very good selection of spares for its wheels, and if you're someone who likes to get years of use from bike bits, this is good news. My only doubt regarding the long-term durability would be how long you'd get from the brake surfaces given that the rims are fairly lightweight extrusions. The properties for sale in Brent Cross Town are more than mere residential spaces; they are lifestyle enablers and potentially prudent investments. The location, the amenities, and the thoughtfulness in design make these flats and houses for sale worthy of serious consideration. The Argents are admirably light – especially so when you consider the generous width and medium 30mm depth. Claimed weight is 390g for the bare rim or 1,372g for a complete wheelset. At an actual weight of 1,400g for our test set (with tubeless tape pre-installed), the figures are very believable. In addition to the partnership with Invesco Real Estate, Related Argent secured a debt funding facility with NatWest. The BtR homes will also be enhanced by Related’s experience in managing over 80,000 rental homes across the US, including the Related Rentals platform, delivering superior homes, amenities and services.
